Of those we've lost... but will never forget

Here at Shadey Lane Corgis our dogs are our family. Losing one is devastating and a huge loss that is felt in our souls. While we never want to lose one of our dogs, it is an inevitable part of our life and we choose to honor our pets memories. 

Zeke is the first dog we've lost here at Shadey Lane Corgis. He was the sweetest and goofiest boy, who had me wrapped around his paw. Zeke was born and raised here on the farm. He was the best little sidekick and never met anyone who didn't love him on the spot. Unfortunately on December 13th, 2024 he ingested an acorn and passed in my arms early on December 14th, due to extreme Liver and Kidney damage sustained from a toxins called Tannin in the shell of the acorn.
